The International Broadcasters IdeaBank is a membership driven organization of commercial radio broadcasting owners and managers.  The purpose of the organization is to share knowledge and best-practices amongst our membership.

The IdeaBank limits its membership to 100 organizations, and requires that these organizations be non-competitive with one another. These 100 members have approximately 450 radio stations.
